Over the course of the program, you’ll dive into hands-on, interactive sessions, participate in networking opportunities, and gain real-world experience through employer meetups, study tours, and mentorship check-ins. Job Trail equips you with everything you need to start moving forward in your career – whether that’s landing a job, starting your own business, or discovering a new professional path.
Job Trail Program is under the umbrella of the "EmpowerME" initiative launched by INJAZ Al-Arab across the region and funded by Alshaya Group.
Job Trail Phases
Phase 1
Online Training & Career Clinics
Onboarding Session: Introduction to the program.
INJAZ Campus Courses: Online courses on employability & green skills.
Career Clinics: Meet professionals, and learn about job opportunities.
Phase 2
In-Person Training & Networking
Selection: Selected students will move forward to this Phase.
In-Person Training: Two-day advanced employability training.
Net and Connect Event: Networking with peers, professionals, and employers.
